DAY: ONE-TO-ONE PRESCHEDULED MEETINGS

10 am to 1 pm – 2 pm to 4 pm

Each “Renaissance” exhibitor will be provided with a separate table, signage displaying its property/destination and the list of prescheduled meetings with carefully invited B2B buyers. The day-time session will also include a buffet lunch from 1 to 2 pm and an access to a permanent coffee break lounge.

ONE-TO-ONE FREE MEETINGS

4 pm to 6 pm

During these two hours, our invited buyers will be able to continue their discussions with their favourite exhibitors or to meet with exhibitors with whom they didn’t schedule any appointments in advance.

MEDIA: ONE-TO-ONE MEETINGS WITH TRAVEL JOURNALISTS

During the day, our exhibitors can also choose to participate in the media session, that consists of one-to-one meetings/interviews with at least 3 journalists (travel or general media).
